What Causes Tingling Sensation On Left Arm With Tense Shoulder Muscles?

recently my left arm has been tingling several times during the day. I also have recently had trouble sleeping because I wake up and my shoulder muscles are tense. Related? or did I hear somewhere that this could be related to a early sign of heat problems?

I really appreciate your concern, if you want to ruled out the heart disease then better to get done the EKG and cardiac evaluation test, you have not given your age and gender it was very much needed for better advise, however the given symptoms may not be due to any heart disease hope this information helps.
