What Causes Tingling Sensation On The Arms And At The Elbow?

for the past few days i have been experiencing pin prick sensations in the tops of my arms at the elbow. It started in the right arm and tonight its in my left arm. in almost exactly the same spot as the right arm. The area is hot and it feels like someone poking a needle in my arm continually in the same spot. What is it?

Hey... Mention ur age plz...may be u have setting job.. Nd u continuesly set in chair by compressing ur arms.. Or may be due u some infection or vitamin deficiency... So i recommend that take B complex nd if not releaved concern related..
