Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Tingling Sensation On The Face And Chest?
I am a 22 yo female. I was diagnosed with sinus tachycardia a couple of months ago and I am on corlanor. It is not controlled my HR is still all over the place. But, recently I have been having tingling in my face, chest and arms down to my fingers. I get light headed and have blurry vision. It tends to go away within a hour if I sit or lay down. I have been checking my BP regularly and it does tend to be high at times but mostly it is normal. I don t know what it could be but it is concerning me.
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
These symptoms are quite likely to have developed as a possible range of side effects of Corlanor. I would suggest meeting your cardiologist for a suitable drug adjustment. Meanwhile, if possible, test an MRI Brain and Blink Reflex test. This will help us make sure that there is no brain related problem that may be causing the symptoms. Do let s know the MRI report.
Looking forward to help you further.
