What Causes Tingling Sensation On The Left Side Of The Scalp?
I started with tingling on left side of scalp on Saturday . Lump appeared following day . Next day lump behind left ear . Next day lump on left part of neck. Was seen by primary was told infection under skin and givenClindamycin 300 MG. More lumps are appearing across back scalp to top of spine and middle of collar bone. Called my primary and gone for the day. Should I go to hospital since it is starting to go close to my chest ?
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Sudden onset of lymph swelling is not likely, but multiple lymph nodes could be due to infection but it has to be associated with other symptoms like loss of weight and appetite, low-grade fever. If these are absent then the lymph nodes are nonspecific and skin infection could be the cause, the condition needs a complete clinical examination.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Akhtarhusain
