What Causes Tingling Sensation On The Lips?

My lips are healthy. Not chapped, cracked or blistered. I get a strange sensation on my lips, similar to a tingling and numbing feeling. Then a thick, clear oil will seep out of my lower lip. I have no idea what is causing this and it happens often. It is a large amount of oil, I have to wipe it off or it will drip off my lip onto my chin.

tingling sensation occur in lips may be due to any nerve damage and oil kind of discharge u are saying.. it may be due to infection.. to rule out underlying cause consult dentist
