What Causes Tingling Sensation On The Pelvis And Knees?

Hi, I have this feeling of electric shock when I move. It is on my left pelvis down to my knee. I am having trouble walking , I am limping for almost 5 months now. I tried different medicine like Arcoxia and tramadol but still no effect. I feel like my leg is tearing apart when I move especially in my left leg.
