What Causes Tingling Sensation On The Right Side Of The Body?

Pins and needles down right side of body and on breast bone..ive got one kidney sent,had back pain for week,havent been able to sleep for couple of days,tired now but should I get taxi to ae now as had pilenypriotus before or should I just try sleep and go in morning?I don t want to die obviously but don t think it can wait til.morming?
