What Causes Tingling Sensation On The Roof Of The Mouth?
my tongue and the roof of my mouth feel differently...lt feels like there is a spice on them of some sort, they tingle and sometimes feels hot. I find that i have more saliva in my mouth as well. I wake up with sore joints - shoulders, elbows, hips. i also have tinnitus. Looking for a possible diagnosis
Soreness and tingling of the roof of the mouth and tongue can be due to inflammation in mouth causing stomaitis that can be due to a number of causes like deficiency of iron and vitamin B12, stress, physical trauma to the tongue, allergies, acid reflux etc..
Soreness of muscles and tinnitus can be due to different causes and you need to consult a Physician for it..
So for confirmation consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated..
As of now you can start gargling with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine to relieve the symptoms. You can also take a Becosule tablet daily.. You can take anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen.. Suck ice and do cool water rinses.. Avoid spicy food..
Hope this helps..
Regards.
