What Causes Tingling Sensation Underneath My Tongue?
When I pop or crack my neck which I do unconsciously an have most of my teen and adult like I am 24 now, it causes a strong tingling sensation underneath my tongue on the left side (my left). It never changes always that side. I have been having severe back pain in the middle to Lower area. I have an unusually large chest cup size L and I m sure that s the cause of the back pain but honestly it s not just my muscles it feels like my spine is being bowed out at the bottom being I almost always sleep on my stomach. I wake up at all hours having to sit with my head basically between my knees to bend my spins the opposite way. I m worried about the tingling tongue though because it s recent nd consistent.
Hi tingling sensation may be due to sometimes increased stress and nerve compression. Don't use more than one pillow during sleep. and if possible sleep I'm hard surface where your spine is straight. Now just take multivitamins and have good sleep. you will Ok.
