What Causes Tinnitus Along With Dizziness And Mood Swings?

I was in a auto accident April 2017 and was told I had a closed head injury, concussion. I am Under a neurologists care & on many medications. As time goes on I feel worse. Horrible ringing in left ear as of Dec right ear now ringing. Dizziness, stumbling, poor concentration and room movement are ongoing. Mood swings, emotional, can t sleep, bad dreams, indigestion. And the list grows. The prescriptions also say that they could have some of the side effects. Friday night the ringing was so bad I couldn t sleep, at 3 am I woke up crying, then I think I past out til morning. The neurologist can t seem to find anything wrong. Now I am going to an ENT. Do you think I should go the the hospital ER and have them check me & my medications?
