What Causes Tinnitus Along With Dizziness?
26 yo male went to dr today for ringing in the ear. blood pressure was good, said has tinnitus and has some hearing loss. later in the same day, he got up and was dizzy and passed out, hitting his head on concrete floor. wasn t out for too long but doesn t remember falling. remembers being dizzy and holding onto the wall. should I be concerned and take in to Er for tests?
