General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Tinnitus, headaches, and difficulties with speech may suggest a neurological condition and warrant a neurological exam.
It is important to have a thorough neurological examination with your doctor and also a brain MRI.
According to the findings of these examinations, the doctor will be able to determine if further tests are needed or if certain treatment should be started.

I hope this answers your query and is helpful to you. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.

I wish you quick recovery and good health,

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj,
I find this answer helpful
