Hi Doctor Andrew - I have recently been trying to have wax removed from my hear because I have a slight buzzing continuous sound in my right hear - something like white noise. I used the over the counter ear wax removal oil from CVS but nothing changed. Two days ago, in the early parts of the morning, I began to feel very nauseous. I opened my eyes and the room was spinning leaving me feeling very disorientated. This lasted for just a couple of minutes but it was very frightening.
