What Causes Tinnitus Along With Rashes On The Forearm?

Thanks. For four months i have had the following: buzzing in ear (has subsided), red rash/sores on forearms that blood bluster, behind ear ache, blister/sores on chin that have persisted for months, and sweats and body aches... I have had 7 laminectomies, PD, arthritis, dysphasia, hyperaldosteronism, and...more... lol. Oh well.. What might i now have?

Tinnitus is usually independent and could have been caused by consistent exposure to loud noises. Do consult an ENT specialist for investigation.
