What Causes Tinnitus Along With Tingling Sensation On The Face?
i am trying to find a path to run with....my husband is a truck driver n for a few years been experiencing symptoms like... ringing in both ears, tingling on left side of face down to shoulder, head aches front left temple, stiffness in neck, knot on left side of neck, and tingling n numbness in both hands..with not alot a pain...

Hi,
Consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated. Most probably it will be due to middle ear causes.
As of now, he can try drugs like Betahistine for symptomatic relief.
