What Causes Tinnitus And Blurred Vision After An Injury?

Hi my name is Devon and I had someone baseball slide into my right mandible bone. It happened a week ago and I felt ringing in my head directly after the incident. I also had blurry lines in my vision for two hours after the event. It has been a little over a week since this happened, but I am still having internal pain on the opposite side of my head from where I was hit, I am currently having pain on the temporal and occipital portions of my head. However my thought process and concentration has been unaffected. Should I see a physician, or do you think I will be fine. Thanks.

Hi,

Yes, you should definitely consult a doctor especially ENT doctor because you had a head injury in ear area and all your symptoms are suggestive of inner ear injury.

So consult ENT doctor and get done an endoscopic examination of ear and MRI of the brain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
