-How long each episodes last and how frequent?
-Any vertigo (spinning sensation)
History of syncope
-history of exposure to loud noise
-fever, headache associated with the symptoms
-Any medications used
Tinnitus and
hearing loss can be due to infections, impacted wax, noise damage to nerves in ear and menier's disease(which is also associated with veryigo)
You will nees further evaluation including Otoscopy,
audiometry, tests assessing function of
inner ear and more investigations as warranted by results of intial investigations.
