Hello and welcome to HCM,
Head injury can lead to neurological deficit on other side of body if the injury has damaged the nerves controlling the other half.
The numbness, tingling and pain on right upper limb can be due to compression, irritation or injury to nerves.
However, these symptoms appear to be due to local involvement of nerves on right side and not likely to be due to head injury.
I suggest you to
consult a neurologist for clinical assessment to determine the site of nerve involvement.
A MRI will be helpful to determine the status of nerves.
Ringing or
tinnitus of right ear 1.5 years post trauma is unlikely to be due to trauma on left side of head.
Some local cause seems to be responsible for tinnitus.
I suggest you to consult an
ENT specialist for diagnosis and treatment of this condition.
Tinnitus accompanies a number of ear disorders like Meniere's disease,
otosclerosis etc.
Thanks and take care
