What Causes Tinnitus And Pressure In The Ears?

My ear is very sensitive too loud noises or sometimes not very loud noises it makes a blown speaker sound like buzzing sound when I wear headphones I can feel the pressure change from the music in my ear drum is very odd and very irritating is there any diagnosis for this

Hello,

Are you also having fluctuating hearing loss then the diagnosis is Meniere's disease? You should see an ENT surgeon. He will examine the middle ear and inner ear to know the pathology. You may need an MRI. Till test or visit to your doctor decrease salt consumption.
