What Causes Tinnitus And Visualizing Bright Light?

I have had episodes where I have ringing in my ears, followed by my vision getting really bright and white, then I pass out or lay myself down waiting for it to pass. When I get up I then start dry heaving for some reason. I had no idea but I just recently talked to someone about it and they said I might be having seizures. What could these episodes be?

Hi,

The symptoms that you are having can be due to multiple reasons which include:
- Seizure
- Ear Infection
- CNS infection / Mass
- Ear Disorder ( BPPV / Ménière's disease etc)
- Arrhythmia
and many more.
You should not take your symptoms lightly, rather seek immediate medical care. Meet your GP or visit the nearest ER for evaluation and appropriate treatment.
