What Causes Tinnitus, Blurred Vision, Restlessness And Muscle Pain In The Arms?

I have tinnitus that started 6 months ago and has been non-stop since. Now I am having strange vision issues and having trouble sleeping, or relaxing. I have strange tense muscles in my arms and ribs. I have seen many doctors and they think it is anxiety. I am getting an MRI on Tuesday to rule out any physical problems. I got tested for Lymes disease because my symptoms seemed similar. Any ideas
