What Causes Tinnitus Followed By Nose Bleeding And Fainting?

This morning I woke suddenly to a loud screeching in my head followed by a nose bleed before losing consciousness then about two hours ago I walked into my house closed the door and fell unconscious for about an hour and woke up with my face covered in blood from another nose bleed. What is happening to me?

Good morning. Thanks for the query.
You are having nose bleeding ( epistaxis) along with loss of conscoiusness. I want to ask some questions
Do you have hypertension ?
Are you having any ear pain or nasal infection in the past few days.
These symptoms may be due to hypertension, sinus infection or internal brain problem.
I will suggest you to go the doctor urgently and get yourself examined right now without losing any time. Ear, nose and throat examination should be done along with nervous system.
Xray of paranasal sinuses along with CT scan brain should be done to rule out any internal brain pathology.
complete assesment of middle and internal ear also needed.
