What Causes Tinnitus While On A Cochlear Implant?

Greetings Dr. Rynne, My sister has a Cochlear Implant and she suffers from extreme headnoise. We have gone to every kind of doctor and no one can help her. We have had every test to no avail. Any ideas as to what caused this and what we can to to eliminate it? Perhaps being in the business for so long, you have come across something like this????

* As per my surgical experience, the implant is enhancing the heard voice pitch intensity to greater extent.

* I recommend to get a fresh audiometry and consult with the report. The issue can surely solved out with due cautions.
