What Causes Tinnitus?

I have ringing in my left ear and I don't know the reason for it. I don't hear load music and have done all the test including Audiogram and MRI but everything looks fine with my left ear. Any idea what it could be and what medicine I can take to get rid of this sound in my left ear. I am 27 years old.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
tinnitus is not easy to treat.. there could be an underlying subtle nerve damage..we usually prescribe neuro vitamins and betahistine tablets for about 3 months for all that it is worth
