I have always had these tiny bumps on the underside of my penis at the edge of the tip (from circumcision) I think and no where else. After studying Urology in class, I'm afraid I could have genital warts. My question is have you ever heard of any man ever having tiny bumps in this region from circumcision?
Hello Thanks for query .The tiny bumps at the coronal sulcus are Perly Penile Papules (PPP) and it is very common to get such patients in our day to practice .
These bumps do not signify any pathological lesion .They do not need to be treated and get fade away spontaneously without any treatment..
Observe proper personal hygiene by washing your genitals with warm water twice daily .
There is nothing to be worried about it .
