What Causes Tiny Spot On My Nose With Red Head On It?

I ve had this little tiny spot on my nose where a piercing might go, that looks as if I had gotten it pierced and taken it out, with a small, red head to it. It is very slightly raised to the touch. Its been present for about a month. Tired of it, I gently popped it with a small needle, and a lot of blood started oozing out rapidly, running down my nose for about 15 seconds. Is it possible this bump was some sort of blood buildup?

Hi.
The tiny spot on the nose as if piercing has been done and lots of bleeding on popping with a pin indicates that this is a small granuloma.
This is the reason it bled much, no other lesions bleed so much.

I would advise to apply ice and leave it alone for some days.
Do not fiddle with it otherwise may spread unnecessarily.

Since this is on the nose , the most presentable part, be careful.
