What Causes Tiredness After Taking Xarelto?
What is your opinion on the following: I am a 75 yr old male with diabetes (under control) which has had a successful heart ablation to stop afib. I have normal blood pressure. I have been put on xeralto (15mg) but it makes me very tired. Have had a hard time controlling side effects of Coumadin (excessive bleeding). Should I still be on blood thinner and if so which one?

The decision to stop blood thinner or not remains to the treating Doctor. Since Xarelto is causing adverse effects. I think since time passed from the treatment, aspirin may be an option. Discuss with your doctor for this issue.
