Dizzy spells and heart pounding sensations can be felt when you are stressed up, are in tension or anxiety, you are dehydrated, Your blood pressure & blood sugar goes low. You are suggested to take ORS, to maintain your electrolyte balance, take warm beverages and stay well fed to correct your blood pressure and blood glucose level.
Avoid sedentary lifestyle, get active. You are suggested to get lipid function tests and stress test, imaging tests done to rule out any developing CAD. Maintain healthy weight and avoid taking oily, fried food. Avoid caffeine, nicotine, alcohol or any other stimulants.
