Hello, I really appreciate your concern. These kind of symptoms may be due to imbalance of sex hormones in the body especially increased level of progesterone. If a lady comes to my clinic with similar complaints I would ask her about any external hormone ingestion for any purpose, her age, her diet, life style and examine her for obesity and ask for certain hormonal level investigations. It is quite possible due to obesity, ovarian syndrome or uterine pathology. I advise you to consult a gynecologist. You should have healthy life style with sparing some time for exercise.
