Hi,

Thank you for providing the brief history of you.

a thorough assessment is needed for the symptoms.

As mentioned by you, you history makes me understand your metabolism and immune system is slow, which needs a boost, like good diet, exercise and rest.

Now you mentioned burning sensation in the feet for which the urine test will help to figure out if you have any excess uric acid, for which the medicine treatment will be applied.

Also, you mentioned you have trouble with cough and sinus - which indicates for me you need a good breathing exercises. medicines for sinus and cough works symptomatic, post that the body has to make its own effort for the functioning of the cells. performing breathing exercises will help improve the lung capacity and absorption of the oxygen to the blood cells and make you ease of cough and sinus.

Also, post TKR you need to perform regular exercises of the core, spine, pelvic floor and lower limbs to ensure the strength in them. due to the weakness you will have pain and aches.

For fibromyalgia you need to do three things which i try on my patients and get 99% success - Meditation, breathing exercises and general body conditioning. This all has its immense depth role on the systems and also on the rehabilitation of the cellular mechanism.

You even mentioned about the redness of cheeks, it can be just a small symptoms and can be avoided.

For you i can recommend by seeing your age is -
1. meditation
2. breathing exercises
3. physical therapy.

By a combination of all of these you will have a better cellular mechanism and the metabolism along with immune system will also improve. A non invasive therapy for all solving most complaints of yours.
