What Causes Tiredness And Low Energy Despite Having Normal Thyroid Level?

Can you be suffering from hypothyroidism even when your count is classed as in the normal range. Family history of both hyper/hypo. I also have a goitre with nodules( 11) and in the last twelve months have added another 5 nodules to the goitre. (16). One nodule is continually growing in the las twelves months it s grown 5mm. And is now 21mm I never feel really well always tired and lack of energy. I doesn t stop me from doing what needs to be done. But end of the day I m exhausted

Hello,

I think you should check your thyroid hormone levels checking T3, T4 and TSH levels. You mentioned doing ultrasound and having several nodules but thyroid hormones will show if you have Hypothyroidism or not.

Also, do a total blood count and formula and also feritimemia levels. Iron deficiency anemia may also cause fatigue.
