Psychiatrist 's  Response
It could be depressive disorder because you are not feeling rested after sleep. Tiredness, loss of interest, restlessness are suggestive of depression. You should go to a psychiatrist. He/she will evaluate you for depressive disorder; may ask a few blood tests to rule out common medical causes such as hypothyroidism; and prescribe anti-depressants if necessary. He/she will counsel you about your condition and also advise about necessary lifestyle changes.
