What Causes Tiredness And Slight Bleeding After Sexual Intercourse?

My parter and i had unprotected sex 2 weeks ago and he ejaculated inside me. I have been extremely tired over the last few days, today after i went to the bathroom i noticed blood on the toilet paper. I took a pregnany test but it came back negative.

Sex two weeks ago and blood stain in private part has got no correlations. I strongly suggest both can be different issues. Tiredness after sexual event may be unusual act or if it is routine event please check your hemoglobin levels and serum electrolytes.
