General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The cause of tiredness and headache are due to secondary anemia from the loss of blood in heavy menses.
* An evaluation with complete hemogram profile showing blood indices including mean corpuscular volume, hemoglobin, and any abnormal cells are mandatory to treat underlying iron deficiency anemia.
* At present should start a high iron diet with multivitamins and minerals to support the issue in its best way.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
