What Causes Tiredness, Lack Of Appetite And Headache After Removing Mirena Coil?
Hello I got the mirena coil out it was rhe one that lasted 3 year I had it in for 10 months had my normol cycle every month on the same date every 31 to 30 like 22 june and 22 july had it for normol 4 days gone fully by day 5 after I had coil removed came heavy and lasted 10 days plus 22 to the 31 july its only in last week I am feeling tired sickly and lost my appetite bad headaces and dizzie spells and cramps and pains in my back got small bit if spotting but assumed its because due to start my cycle soon but that was two days ago and im due to start it on 22 this month is this got to do with the mirena crash or how do I explain this is it normol.
* The cause of tiredness and headache are due to secondary anemia from the loss of blood in heavy menses.
* An evaluation with complete hemogram profile showing blood indices including mean corpuscular volume, hemoglobin, and any abnormal cells are mandatory to treat underlying iron deficiency anemia.
* At present should start a high iron diet with multivitamins and minerals to support the issue in its best way.
