General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello!
I read carefully your query and understand your concerns.

The symptoms you have described are indicative for Hypothyroidism.
This is a condition of thyroid gland when the gland isn't producing enough thyroid hormones necessary for the normal function of the body.
The diagnosis is confirmed by testing thyroid function including : FT3,FT4, TSH.
I would suggest to consult a physician and get examined.
If these tests result are normal ,your physician may consider other possibilities like Anemia,Diabetes or Hypoglicemia,Low blood pressure ets.

Hope it was of help.
Kind Regards!
