General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear welcome to HealthcareMagic
Following your experience with rashes on your neck and chest anorexia and generalized tiredness I am suggesting that you are undergoing a stressful disorder with depression
Regarding your skin rash I believe this is due to exposure to heat
In view of this please take tablet diazepam topical betamethasone multivitamin capsules
I hope this helps
Regards
