What Causes Tiredness, Palpitations And Muscle Cramps Despite Taking Vitamin B12 Injections?

Hi, I was diagnosed with pernicious anaemia and thyroiditis 3 years ago. I am now on B12 injections every 3 months but I still have symptoms of severe tiredness, palpitations, muscle cramps and weakness, intolerance to the cold and horrendous brain fog. Is this normal?

I really appreciate your concern, symptoms may not be due to disease of thyroid and anything else so it may not responds to medicine that is going on but such symptoms could be nonspecific, and it is nothing to worry soon it will be vanished on its own hope this information helps.
