What Causes Tiredness, Shaking, Weakness And Thumping In Head?
I have been feeling very tired all the time, shaky and weak, when I stand up I can get head rush plus a thumping in my head. I had all the symptoms of anemia but I have just had my blood tests come back normal. In also very cold all the time and find myself feeling so weak I need to sit down
You may be describing symptoms of HYPERGLYCEMIA (associated with either diabetes or pre-diabetes) or you could be describing a thyroid problem or even an adrenal gland problem.
Alternatively, you could have a PITUITARY GLAND or HYPOTHALAMUS problem which are master regulators of the peripheral glands.
I believe you can BENEFIT from a full workup for electrolytes, TSH, FT4, and CORTISOL. You may also be low on Vitamin D, B12, and thiamine.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
