What Causes Tiredness While On Adderall?
I started adderall 20 XR today. My Fitbit is showing my resting heart rate in mid 60 s to mid 70 s and it is usually mid 80 s for me. I am also moving much slower than usual. Does this change over time? Or is this what it is supposed to do? I m usually high energy. I also took a 2 hour nap 30 min after taking it. I didn t expect to be tired.

Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated. Conditions like anemia and thyroid dysfunction has to be ruled out.
