What Causes Tiredness With Nausea And Body Aches?
Urinalysis done. Been feeling tired for over 1 year, often experience nauseau and body aches. Sore mid back pain constant to the right side of spleen. Bacteria/HPF indicate few, blood indicates trace-intact, epith/LPF indicate 20-50, ketones-trace, mucous-few and RBC and WBC indicate OCC.

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that this is the functional type of symptoms and no need to worry about this such symptoms can be treated with the Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg three time in day or whenever needed, take care and have a nice day.
