Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

I read carefully your question and understand your concern.

Your symptoms could be related to a pinched nerve or a metabolic problem (hormonal imbalance, chronic anemia, vitamin deficiency etc.).

Coming to this point, I would recommend consulting with your doctor for a check up and some tests:

- a chest X ray study
- complete blood count for anemia
- a nerve conduction study
- PCR, sedimentation rate for inflammation
- blood electrolytes
- vitamin D levels
- vitamin B 12 levels
- thyroid hormone levels.
If all the above tests result normal, you should consider anxiety as a possible cause of your troubles.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best wishes, Dr. Aida
