I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain tingling if the lower teeth and tip of tongue along with blocked sinuses and tinitus seems to be due to nerve inflammation secondary to infection and due to nerve infection / inflammation there seems to disturbance in nerve function causing the symptoms that you are experiencing.. You should consult a Neurophysician and get evaluated and a clinical evaluation and MRI scan can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly.. As of now you can start taking treatment for sinusitis an tinitus by consulting an Otolaryngologist and along with it you can take vitamin B complex as it help in nerve regeneration and also do warm compresses over the tingling areas..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards. Dr. Honey Nandwani Arora.
