What Causes Tremors Along With Dizziness After Having Cortisone Shots?

My 17 year old son got a cortisone injection one in left side neck, one by his shoulder, three in all. Almost immediate after the injections my son started shaking and passed out. He than came back was dizzy and started vomiting. Did the cortisone leave any damage to him? Please let me know why did this happen and should I worry that damage has been done to him by this injection?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Greetings madam!
Regarding your child symptoms following a brief injection of cortisol I am suggesting that he developed a side effect of the drug
Did it ate before taking the drug? Also most children immune response is poor
I will encourage you to take him to see a paediatric specialist for proper consultation
I hope this helps
