What Causes Tremors In Arm And Head After A Long Walk?
Walked around driveway 10 times, it s about 30 feet long. Came in set down, started feeling shakey in hands, and then head shakey so bad felt like one of those bobbin head dolls. Whole body shakey, Then became extremely fatigued and so weak, still weak after hrs, i had eaten.what could this be?

If you do not practice for long time, this may be the effect after heavy exercise, so keep on moving and doing yours till you become fine.
