What Causes Tremors In Spine And Rib Cage?

I have a vibrating type feeling in my spine and right rib cage when I bend my neck which then causes a muscle spasm like cramp that goes around my right side to the middle of my belly near my navel. The cramp like literly feels like an alien in my body moving. Strangest thing ever. Started in the shower this week as I leaned my head down and the shower on my back, the vibrating and then I can feel the cramp literally moving around my side to the front and stops just before my navel. I know this is a very weird question.

This is not something weird. Your problem is seem to be due to neurological problem. Kindly observe the same for few more days. If this problem persists it's better to consult a neurologist for further evaluation.

Hope this helps.
