What Causes Tremors In The Arms?

What would cause a healthy 37 year old male to develop tremors in his arms and also make him less cognizant of what is going on around him? He also has had a couple of episodes where he was so sound asleep he could not be awakened. He is my son and I am very concerned. Thank you.

it is a neurological problem so consult neurologist. eeg and mri brain may be done consult neurologist with investigation result if epilepsy is detected then treatment may be started.
