What Causes Tremors In The Body After Withdrawing From Suboxone?

i have been taking suboxone 8mg sstrips for 2 years,had to go to a jail that didnt give me any,tryed to detox me and now im home shaking,bones twisting,wondering how long this will continue, i have a sub doctor and go see him june 2nd,dont want to do them anymore,,this is my 23 day not takeing any
