generally there two types of tremors one is senile tremors which has no treatment just palliation and the other is Parkinson's disease which includes associated symptoms...like stiffness of body muscles..speech difficulty..slowness in day-to-day life activities with difficulty in walking getting up..moving and also in worst cases there will be memory distubences..swallowing difficulty..for this also there is no permanent cure but we can maintmaintain with medicines so thatsthat she can do her own works by herself..otherwise with out treatment she has to depend on her family members..for which you have to consult your nearest neurologist and keep regular follow-up with doctor
