General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Tremor is not a common side effect of Simponi but it is known to affect the nervous system in different ways so it is possible that it may be related.

It would be best to speak to her doctor about this effect to see if it can be controlled or if the medication would need to be altered.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James
