What Causes Tremors In The Right Hand?

I think I have sonething wrong with me. I ve had a tremor in my right hand that has spread up my arm over the past couple of months and I ve noticed that it s increasingly hard for me to concentrate due to unknown reasons. I occasionally hear people talking about me from behind even though noone s there and I keep feeling as if I m being watched. What s wrong with me?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
i,
Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
Hand tremors can be due to simple pressure exerted on a certain nerve point of the hand while sleeping/ working ( eg: pressure on hand while operating computer- specially when it forms major task in your day ) or pressure on nerve due to cervical rib on same side, tremors could be familiar or habits of excessive caffeine intake or alcohol consumption
OR some disease like parkinsonism.
Management by avoiding consumption of alcohol/ caffeine.Improving wrong posture. Taking vitamin B12 supplements mostly helps.
No improvement needs expert advise & investigations to find the cause followed by specific treatment.
Thanks.
